Imagine, just imagine, that Palestine Action had slashed a dinghy at sea with a man in it, or attacked the RNLI, never mind the RNIB because it could not tell the difference. But at least Daniel Thomas has been remanded in custody despite having been charged with nothing more than criminal damage and failure to provide the PIN number for his phone when he had used a bladed article to try to kill someone.
In 2016, Thomas was one of three men who attempted to kidnap a rival drug dealer, got the wrong man, and then apologised to him on Facebook. Having gone to town on their stupidity, the judge gave Thomas a much lower sentence than the other two, for the same crime. “Danny Tommo” is a Police informant. Any conceivable doubt about that would be blown out of the water, either if his case never went to trial, of if he were convicted, but not then sentenced as a terrorist.
