Ofqual knows that future GCSE and A-level candidates will be awarded top marks next summer. How?
Well, it has shown itself very keen on following the given school's past performance, and this summer the private schools seized the opportunity to give top marks to everyone.
Anyone could have done that, but only they had the sheer sense of their own entitlement to do it. So they will be all right next summer, anyway. Shame about everyone else. If you doubt that, then ask Ofqual.
Oh, and where do Keir Starmer's children go to school. Does it teach Latin? I bet it does. And I bet that it teaches digital skills, too.
What a fiddle, and your last paragraph is absolutely on point.
