Once examination grading had been done by teacher assessment for two years, then it would be done like that forever. We stand on the cusp of the greatest ever transfer of power to the people who now controlled the two main political parties, as they normally have done.
Public schools could award the marks that the parents had paid for, while everyone else's marks would be decided by the women of a public sector middle class that remained far whiter than society at large.
