Notice that nobody is suggesting that the Ministers who abstained last night be replaced with people who ended up supporting the Government. The idea of anyone else like that as a Minister is clearly considered laughable, if it is considered at all.
Meanwhile, to no one's surprise, Labour will not be voting for a referendum tonight. Earlier this week, the fact that the priority was now "delivering a Labour Brexit", and that the whole second referendum thing had been a temporary ruse, was stated live on air by Richard Burgon. Do not take your eye of that man.
