Collusion Delusion

Robert Mueller has produced no evidence that Russia tried to hack the American Presidential Election, either. But he had to give the other side something. Clearly, though, he might as well not have bothered.

No one ever lost their job for having peddled the totally false prospectus for the war in Iraq, and no one will ever lose their job, either for having peddled the totally false "Russiagate" story for two and a half years, or for insisting that it was right all along, as the entire official media are doing and are going to carry on doing.

You can vote against this kind of thing in America, even if that does involve voting for Donald Trump. But less so in Britain, where even Jeremy Corbyn has given at least some credence to this rubbish, and where most Labour MPs, never mind everyone else, are as hysterically committed to it as Rachel Maddow is.

Another hung Parliament is coming, however, and we need our people to hold the balance of power in it. It has become a local commonplace that I am on 30-30-30 with Labour and the Conservatives here at North West Durham, so that any one of us could be the First Past the Post. I will stand for this seat, if I can raise the £10,000 necessary to mount a serious campaign. Please email davidaslindsay@hotmail.com. Very many thanks.
