Two years ago, this Nobel Laureate in Economics declined to sign my pro-Corbyn letter that ended up in The Times.
But only because his New York Times contract required him to maintain a certain neutrality.
However, he has not now written for The New York Times since February.
And, by the look of this, a good thing, too.
