Now that America wants to talk to Russia about Syria, it turns out that Jeremy Corbyn was already right all along, at least according to the United States.
As for the Sunday Times and its military coup, by 2020 this Government will have cut the Armed Forces so far that that will be impossible.
Like Peter Hitchens I disagree with Corbyn on most issues, but that was outrageous. We have a sovereign Parliament in this country not a sovereign military. We're not Turkey.
ReplyDeleteWhile I can understand why soldiers who lost their friends to the IRA (and to Argentina) are furious with Corbyn and McDonnell's stance, if he's elected then he has a mandate.
That Army general is behaving like the trade unions in the 70's who thought they and not Parliament ran the country.
It's outrageous.
