The Cliff Edge

No one wants a country in which people disappeared into the criminal "justice" system, never to be heard of again. But no one should be named, as Sir Cliff Richard was, before they have even so much as been arrested. Anonymity before charge is a bit much. But anonymity before arrest is essential.

Christopher Jefferies says that the Police need little or no evidence in order to arrest people. But, in my very direct and ongoing experience, the Crown Prosecution Service needs absolutely no evidence in order to charge people, either. At least when that charge is not with a view to a trial, but purely in order to silence a political opponent. How is that working out for you?

There is going to be another hung Parliament. We need our people to hold the balance of power. I need £10,000 in order to stand for Parliament with any realistic chance of winning. My crowdfunding page has been taken down without my knowledge or consent. But you can still email davidaslindsay@hotmail.com instead, and that address accepts PayPal.
