ReplyDeleteNo prosecutions were ever brought under it, because it successfully deterred schools from teaching the kind of homosexual sex education classes which Stonewall have sponsored in many schools today.
The kind of sex education now taking place even in primary schools would have been unthinkable when it was on the statute book.
You cannot be older than about 12 if you really any of that. Section 28 had absolutely no effect on anything. Nor was it ever designed to have.
