Ed West would be my choice. With Roger Scruton as Culture Secretary, Neil Clark as Foreign Secretary, Theodore Dalrymple (or David Davis) as Home Secretary, John Redwood as Chancellor, Frank Field as Secretary of State for Work & Pensions and Peter Hitchens as Education Secretary.
