"Exonerated" (His Honour Judge Nathan Adams, Durham Crown Court, 8 May 2025). Two-time political prisoner. Beaten up in prison, so I fear only God. Activist, journalist, hymn-writer, emerging thinktanker, aspiring novelist, "tribal elder", 2019 parliamentary candidate for North West Durham, Shadow Leader of the Opposition, "Speedboat", "The Cockroach".
It is definitely worth a read, though it bogs down halfway through into Australian politics minutia.
ReplyDeleteIt hasn't sunk in yet how governments have all been following the same playbook regardless of the name of the party supposedly in power. The voters can still use elections to change the personnel, but it appears they can't use elections to affect policy.
