The Price of Everything

She signed the Single European Act, but hey, she got us our rebate. So that's all right, then. Isn't it?

That, by the way, is the rebate that says that agriculture does not matter, and is not worth supporting by government action. I am no fan of the CAP, either. But that is not the point.

I bet that they are quaking in their boots at the prospect of an encounter with George Osborne. Who will next be sent in to bat for this country? William Hague? Michael Gove? Andy Coulson? Tony Blair? If it were not for the backing of Blair, who rightly dares not show his face in London, and of Rupert Murdoch, who has renounced his allegiance to the Queen, we would be facing another General Election by the middle of next month.
