The Elephant In The Room

Nothing could do the Democratic Party more good in 2012 than a landslide this year for the Republican Party's "remarkable" candidates. 1994 all over again? That barely begins to describe it.

I agree. Apparently Obama is touting an infrastructure spending bill and is doing the smart thing and avoiding the word "stimulus" and is instead calling it "development" and, well, infrastructure. My only problem is that it is not big enough, but
I'll take what I can get.

Also, even if this bill is just a result of the Republican surge in polls, I'll take that too, although something like this should have been a long time ago.
