Companies paying for interstate abortion do not want to pay maternity benefits. The Democratic Party entirely concurs with them on that, as on everything else. The blue states will retain abortion because it is so much cheaper than pro-family economic policies.
And the pro-life movement did not take over the Republican Party. The Republican Party long ago took over the pro-life movement. Rather than adopt pro-family economic policies, then the red states will soon revert to abortion. See you in 15 years' time.
