If there is indeed to be a Minister for Hunger, then he or she would join the Minister for Homelessness and the Minister for Suicide Prevention, both of which this Government already, and rightly, feels the need to have.
Which position should complete the quartet, and why?
Most Labour MPs still support the continuation of the policies that have brought us to this. Another hung Parliament is coming, however, and our people need to hold the balance of power in it.
It has become a local commonplace that I am on 30-30-30 with Labour and the Conservatives here at North West Durham, so that any one of us could be the First Past the Post.
