By ensuring that everything with at least 10 million viewers is on one channel (not just network, but channel), ITV1.
ITV1 is owned by a company that is chaired by a former Tory MP. I mean, what are the odds?
Oh, and don't worry about adverts on Radio One. This country contains relatively few teenagers, and they don't have very much spending money.
The Radio Three and Radio Four audiences, on the other hand, are either completely penniless or well and truly loaded.
