It is as fishy as hell that The Guardian, which next to no one still pays to read by buying a paper copy, has gone from making an eye-watering loss to making a small but healthy profit. Change UK, the party of its position, is behind the Brexit Party in the polls even in London. So who are these donors? Where are they? Why is no one asking who funds this publication with Parliamentary Lobby access?
Another hung Parliament is coming, however, and we need our people to hold the balance of power in it. It has become a local commonplace that I am on 30-30-30 with Labour and the Conservatives here at North West Durham, so that any one of us could be the First Past the Post.
