The forgotten Owen Paterson wanted pensioners to pick it.
And now, Andrea Leadsom, who is also forgotten even though she is in the Cabinet, wants unemployed youths to do so.
But remember, if the Loony Right had had its way, then one or other of these people would now be the Prime Minister.
