Of course, there is no way that it is going to be allowed to happen. The Republicans are heading for a brokered Convention, which probably means Rubio, or Romney if that cannot be fixed.
Curiously, if criminal proceedings against Clinton really were initiated, then there might also be a brokered Convention on the Democratic side. Assuming that the party machine could not possibly tolerate Sanders. Or, therefore, his voters.
