Two Tories On Question Time

Well, of course. No change there. And only because they are the Bearers of the Blairite Flame.

  1. How are Lansley and Starkey Blairites?

Beckett, Kennedy and Lucas all identify with the left broadly termed. In other words, on this occasion, 3 against two Tories. Kennedy opposed the Iraq war - until the killing started - after all.

Starkey is sympathetic to gay rights and Kennedy is not, I think, a traditional Catholic. With the exception of Lansley, no one who could be considered reactionary, which is what you are really objecting to.

  2. Lansley was reactionar enough to oppose the Iraq War, which will do for me.
