Betting Against It
I normally take the Rod Liddle view of Diane Abbott and the lengths to which she has gone in order to keep her own son away from other black boys. But her stand against a ninth betting shop on Hackney High Street, cruelly exploiting the dreams of the poor, suggests, like her Commonwealth-based Euroscepticism, that there may remain in her the founding spirit of an almost forgotten old movement called the Labour Party. So, how much support will she receive from other MPs?

When is Rod Liddle coming up to support you?
ReplyDeleteDon't know yet, but he is coming. His suggestion, in fact.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind Abbott or her sending her son to a public school, if she wasn't active in supporting the continuation of this horrendous comprehensive education system on everybody else's children.
