Striking The Public

Digby Jones made it clear against Bob Crow this morning: BA and the railways are both still in the public sector really, because, er ... they have strikes!

So, there we are, then. The definition of the public sector is wherever there are strikes.

There has not been a national teachers' strike since the Seventies. So schools must be part of the private sector. Mustn't they?
