As Africa plans 1250 new coal and gas power plants, in order to double its electricity generation by 2030, the domestic use of coal is to be banned in Wales.
We are even told that Wales "was once the home of one of the largest coalfields in the world", as if the coal were no longer there.
Wales is governed by the Labour Party. Does Mark Drakeford regret the defeat of the miners in 1985? It is a Yes-No question.
