It is but one among several examples. There will be many more to come unless both the Government, and the composition of the Parliamentary Labour Party, are changed dramatically.
There needs to be someone in the coming hung Parliament who has opposed all of these misadventures, and who will oppose any more, without being a member of the same political party as Tony Blair.
