¿El País de la Eterna Primavera?

Not an unbiased website, but there is no such thing, and this is a useful guide to the reasons why Guatemala is moving its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

The countries that continue to look to the United States for global leadership are the Great Powers of Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru (because the Israelis paid them in kind), Palau, and Togo.

Quite apart from the fact that neither half of it is an Arab city, the far larger, modern, coastal Tel Aviv, with its major international airport, is simply a far better capital for the modern State of Israel than Jerusalem is.

Jerusalem was "the eternal capital of the Jewish people" long before there was a State of Israel, it would have been even if there had never been any such State, and it will be after that State has gone the way of them all. That is the thing about being eternal. Something that States are not, and they cannot be run as if they were.
