An Old Rogue

Laughter echoes across the world at the suggestion that Britain has only just become a rogue state, having previously been known for straight dealing and for adherence to the rule of law. Honestly, the nonsense that is taught in public schools. 

It is not just the wars, although there is that. If you want to avoid even what little taxation and regulation Wall Street has to endure, and if you can afford the bribes (which we would have no compunction about calling by that name anywhere else), then you know where you have to go. The whole world knows. The whole world has always known.
