Tim Congdon, UKIP's nearest thing to an intellectual (although "revered among economists" is not much of a commendation), has resigned as its Economics Spokesman.
If he is not already doing so, then he is to be piad to host a windfarm.
However, he remains the PPC for the Forest of Dean. Make of that what you will.
