Putting It Right

No ruling pursuant to the Human Rights Act, or of the European Court of Human Rights, or of the European Court of Justice, should have any effect in the United Kingdom unless or until ratified by a resolution of the House of Commons, the High Court of Parliament, itself elected by a means more representative of public opinion, with the electorate at large having the determinative say in selecting party candidates as well as in choosing among them and others.
