Nine Tenths of The Law

It should not take the death of a 15-year-old for someone to be brought before the courts on a charge of the possession of drugs.

And it should not come as any surprise that that someone is 61. Whether it is in relation to drugs, or in relation to where and with whom a 15-year-old should or should not be, then we all know which generation, possibly of all time, has the most to answer for.
