Lobby Fodder

No, No, No, No, No!

This is not about "lobbying". It is certainly not about the small and entirely voluntary contributions made to a political party, via the mere collection machines that are their trade unions for this purpose, by millions of ordinary working people the length and breadth of this land.

This is about what those Americans who are able, despite their mass media, to pay attention call The Lobby. Even that old Blairite and erstwhile Chairman of Labour Friends of Israel (which existed purely to sell peerages), Stephen Twigg, has just told The World at One that Liam Fox and Adam Werritty had been "running a shadow foreign policy". That is not mere "lobbying", as if in the cause of football or the electrical goods trade.

  1. All hail the Mossad Martyr of the Daily Telavivagraph, an entirely vindicated man.

You are no doubt looking forward to seeing Damian Thompson and Oliver Kamm among those hanged for treason before this long-overdue business is finished.

As are we all. I hope that it is shown live on television. Not Murdoch television, obviously.
