Reduction Required

I don't know why Netanyahu was ever expecting, or expected, to attend a conference on nuclear arms reduction. That is hardly a cause close to his heart. But this insolent satrap has done more than enough to have himself declared persona non grata from the country that pays his bills. And more than enough simply to be yanked, so to speak, off the teat. When are those two things going to happen? Why have they not happened already?
