The Guardian "Goes" Lib Dem?

Not at all. It backed the Lib Dems last time. And the time before that, which was before the invasion of Iraq. But no one noticed.

    I remember discussing this with you back in 2001. I am as baffled as you are, there's a good David Lindsay word, that everyone seems to think this is news. Historically Liberal paper backs Lib Dems for third time running, how is that news?

    I suppose it is in a context in which anything to do with the Lib Dems is worth reporting.
