Fraud and Error

No one has ever been convicted of benefit fraud three times, and Cameron's proposals relating to those who have been convicted twice would save fully one penny per minute.

The story is not benefit fraud. The story is the number of people genuinely unable to find work or genuinely made too ill to look for it. That is the story.

  2. Thatcher's IB? Couldn't get it when I had my first, emergency hospitalisation. Past employer hadn't kept up the stamps. So never had IB. Not signed on, either, contrary to what people sometimes claim, if you'll pardon the expression.
