Galettes des Rois

Yet another reason to make the Epiphany a public holiday in place of a mere change in the date, to transfer the end of season festivities back from New Year's Eve to Twelfth Night, and to shame the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales into restoring the Epiphany (and Ascension Day, and Corpus Christi) to the proper date, as kept by the Pope (and by their own Anglican counterparts).

What could we call Galettes des Rois, and the fève, in English? And why?
