Daniel James

Perhaps his parents should not be prosecuted.

But someone has to be.

We must not allow the CPS or anyone else to legalise these things by default.

  1. I agree with you that this should not be legalised by default, but if his parents shouldn't be prosecuted, who do you suggest the CPS gets in touch with? My understanding is that his parents took him abroad, so nobody else within the jurisdiction of the CPS has a case to answer.

  2. If they can find someone, then they should do it.

  3. Who? And can you honestly imagine that anyone else they found would bear more responsibility than Daniel James' parents?

  4. Well, the decision has clearly been taken not to prosecute the parents.
