Array of Concerns

In the British Virgin Islands, Sir Gary Hickinbottom is to investigate allegations of misuse of public money, questionable government procurement practices, political interference in public appointments, and a climate of fear among public servants. Not least, monies intended to alleviate the effects of Covid-19 appear to have been channelled to politicians' allies.

Do we have to wait for him to finish over there before he begins his investigation into the same phenomena in the United Kingdom and its several parts? Or might there already be another judge available for that urgently necessary task?
