In Change UK, the Israel Lobby has acquired its own official political party in Britain, founded for the purpose. Not for the sole purpose. But for the purpose, all the same.
That party therefore needs to be asked at all times about the bombardment of Gaza, which matches that of Yemen by Saudi Arabia, something else that Change UK was founded to support against the very different position of Jeremy Corbyn.
The Israeli Government and the House of Saud now have their own political party in Britain, and it must be answerable for their actions.
Another hung Parliament is coming, however, and we need our people to hold the balance of power in it.
It has become a local commonplace that I am on 30-30-30 with Labour and the Conservatives here at North West Durham, so that any one of us could be the First Past the Post.
