George Osborne was clearly stoned at Prime Minister's Questions.
There has been an aversion of well-bred eyes from the fact that the Chancellor of the Exchequer was a cocaine addict with, moreover, a history of frequenting sadomasochistic prostitutes.
This has already gone on for far too long.
It needs to end immediately.
I seriously doubt someone of his age, position & domestic situation would relapse into Undergraduate behavior.
