Brook Not

It should come as no surprise to anyone that, under the party that gave the demented Helen Brook the CBE in 1995, the organisation that she founded and which bears her name is sending out material to schools advocating unlawful sexual activity.

The Brook operation has always had a relationship with the Conservative Party as special as that of G4-as-was.

Still, every society reaches its limit eventually.

It strikes most people as obvious that pregnant women ought not to drink alcohol, even if the criminal law might not necessarily be the best means of discouraging them.

But in order to establish that, the unborn child has to be recognised as a person.

A person whom it is lawful to kill under certain circumstances. But still a person, whom it is therefore not lawful, for example, to disable by poisoning.

"A person whom it is lawful to kill?" Yes. Like an armed robber up against a police marksman.

"But an unborn child is not remotely like that." Well, there you are, then.

  1. Drinking in moderation while pregnant is perfectly normal.

    1. Not anymore, it isn't.

And it might very well be illegal before long.
