In the last few days, Tony Blair's Africa Governance Initiative (haven't they suffered enough, without having their governance initiated by Tony Blair?) has been rebuked by the Charity Commission for sending political propaganda to people who had shown interest in its humanitarian activities.
The Charity Commission also expressed concern about the close relationship between the charity and the office of Tony Blair, many of whose staff were seconded to Labour during the General Election campaign. Which last would account for a lot, I suppose.
