Gender Agenda

If athletes (especially, dare I say it, athletes of African origin or descent) have male genitalia, then this fact is not notably easy to conceal in their sporting attire.

A "gender test" is performed on every newborn baby in the world. Hardly anyone ever doubts its accuracy for one moment, those who do are simply wrong (how can they possibly know? - and anyway, cutting up the tissue does not and cannot change the chromosomes), and Miss Semenya is not one of them. Leave her alone.

Meanwhile, ructions about a leaflet on notable pioneering women in British politics. It has been put out by Harriet Harman's Equalities Office. And it makes no mention of Margaret Thatcher. Well, why would it? There have been four Prime Ministers in the last thirty years, and two have been of indeterminate sex. How many countries can say that?

Seriously, though, you’d have thought that Hatty would be quite keen on the Prime Minister who gave this country abortion up to birth, and who presided over the rise of Political Correctness, and the general moral chaos of the Eighties.

But any one of the Single European Act, the Anglo-Irish Agreement, the Exchange Rate Mechanism, the Police and Criminal Evidence Act, the replacement of O-levels with GCSEs, the emergence of mass and career benefit dependency, and the destruction of the economic basis of paternal authority in (initially) working-class families and communities, is reason enough to avoid mentioning her. Never mind all seven of them.
