Careless

Speeding, for example, is objective. If you are doing fifty when the limit is thirty, then that is just that. But careless driving is not like that. Now, I am not suggesting that all Police Officers are wrong ’uns. But some of them are. And that indisputable fact is enough to make this a very bad proposal.
