At a rally in Missouri, Biden called out to State Senator Chuck Graham, a wheelchair-bound paraplegic, "Stand up Chuck! Let ’em see ya!"

I have a feeling that, even if not quite as much as Sarah Palin would have been, Joe Biden is going to be one of the many , er, colourful characters who have graced the office the holder of which even Benjamin Franklin addressed as "Your Superfluous Excellency".
