Throw Them All Back

Yet more tinkering with the Common Fisheries Policy today.

If it is high time to restore the supremacy of British over EU law, and thus to restore the United Kingdom’s historic and internationally lawful fishing rights (two hundred miles or to the median line). The second part of that was even an old Major hand like Michael Howard’s nod towards Euroscepticism. But David "European People’s Party" Cameron has given up even that.

Shame on every Labour and Lib Dem MP who was there before 1997. Year on year, they all – every single one of them – voted against both the Common Fisheries Policy and the Common Agricultural Policy. And look what has happened since. Like the Tories, who of course voted in favour of these things year on year, both of those parties are intellectually, politically and morally bankrupt and redundant.
