If the refugees are not from Iraqi Kurdistan, then they are from Afghanistan, where they had the disadvantage of not being dogs or cats.
The guilt of the Government is obvious. As is that of the Official Opposition, back under the control of Tony Blair's courtiers, and opposed to the Rwanda scheme only because of its financial cost.
There's nothing worse than being "liberated".
