Boris Johnson is so confident that he is briefing a General Election this year. With a majority of 80 to begin with, he would be doing that only if he expected three figures.
And why not? Take Labour's non-dom policy, announced today. Pitifully, it is a mere reduction from 15 years to five.
But we who would favour abolition are the people whose votes determined the Brexit referendum, and whose votes have determined the French Presidential Election.
Next up, the French legislative elections. And then, the next British General Election. Whenever it came.
We are the masters now.
