They cannot be having election results overturned hither and yon, so Geoffrey Cox had to be at least forgivable for the Batley and Spen cheats to be able to say the same.
Yet Kate Green looks to have been sacked from the Shadow Cabinet because the ruling about the Batley and Spen by-election will not be issued by some in-house Commissioner. It will be made by the courts. And those MPs are bang to rights.
