8th December 2020 should be remembered as the day on which a court of law accepted that a Labour MP who was critical of Keir Starmer did not have to give her home address to the court, since that would have invited physical violence from within the Labour Party.
Apsana Begum's lawyer argued that, and that argument was accepted. Her home address is not on the record of the court, for her physical protection against the people who controlled her own party.
Some of us have been dealing with the right-wing Labour machine for almost as long as Begum has been alive, and many people have been doing so for far longer than that. None of this comes as the slightest surprise to us. I am the Independent parliamentary candidate for North West Durham. What are you doing?
