Beyond Question?

Did I hear that right on Question Time? Whenever it came from anywhere in England, even Liverpool, then it would now have a predominantly Conservative-supporting audience?

The BBC is palpably terrified of the impending decriminalisation of non-payment of the licence fee, which neither the Labour Left nor the SNP is going to resist.
