On this eightieth anniversary of the outbreak of the Second World War, consider that most people who, for whatever reason, invoke the War were born after it ended.
And prepare for tonight's Prime Ministerial address to the nation, "I have to tell you now that no such undertaking has been received, and that consequently this Government is at war with Britain."
